The Old Scrotes page This page is dedicated to the ex-colleagues from "the day job". We hold irregular meetings to keep in touch, usually in London. Firstly an apology to the alti scroti for not having updated this page. Most of you are aware of the time constraints that I came under at the end of 2006 after the death of my dad, and some things have failed to be updated. Anyway, on with the news. The dates in 2007 have been altered so that we meet only at lunch times, roughly every 2 months. The venue is as before, at the Prince of Wales pub at the corner of Great Queen Street and Drury Lane, nearest tube station is Holborn. Now non smoking it is still an OK venue to meet, though it can get very busy sometimes, so get there promptly if possible (if only to actually get a table). Here are the dates for the rest of 2007 and please note the change below:
Dates for 2008 depend on circumstances. Every 2 months seems to fit OK. Evening sessions are an ad hoc arrangement, usually depending on individuals contacting others, and occur infrequently. I feel it would be nice to do more active things, but despite being retired, we have all got lots to do, i.e. we don't know how we had time to go to work !
